This dashboard from myDIALS shows the KPI of Net Margin expanded into its Key Performance Drivers: Revenue and Costs. Net Margin is currently in a bad zone, showing red. You can see that Revenue is the driver responsible for the bad zone. Conducting a what-if scenario for revenue can show how changing revenue can impact net margin.
