BI Is Doing Fine - Recession or No Recession

Boris Evelson, Principal Analyst at
Forrester Research believes that the current business intelligence (BI) market is actually bigger than the $8.5 billion the Forrester report suggests it is. The reason behind this is that BI-type tools used in HR and customer analytics as well as those sold as components of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
packages are not included in the $8.5 billion estimate.
