Oracle today announced that Carlson, a privately held, global hospitality and travel company, is using Oracle On Demand to support the performance and reliability of its critical financial and business systems. With more than 5,200 users accessing its core financial systems and functions, including order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay, Carlson needed a flexible platform that could reduce risk and improve the performance and availability of its IT infrastructure.
