On May 19th, 2011, Corda Technologies, Inc. was acquired by Shacho, a startup company based outside of Provo, Utah. Josh James, founder of Shacho, raised $10M in angel funding, although it is unclear how much Corda was purchased for. Shacho plans to utilize the assets in the Corda acquisition to provide solutions for the business intelligence market.
