In this slideshow, 5 common business intelligence challenges are highlighted. For those of you who implement BI solutions, they will sound all too familiar. If I had to pick the biggest problem, it would definitely be aligning strategic goals to operational activities. In order to accomplish this alignment, it requires buy-in from the executive team. Without a culture of seeing value in data, the project will most likely fail.
