Google Dashboard now tracks all suspicious logins

In a continuing push to improve the security of its services, Google says that it is expanding its warning notification feature to services that are associated to a Google account. First introduced in Gmail, suspicious logons are flagged by tracking IP addresses. Accessing Gmail from an IP address, from a geographical location not normally associated with the user, will be flagged and highlighted to the user on the Google Dashboard.
