IBM Introduces Decision-Making Software to Improve Business Speed and Agility

IBM today announced new software that helps companies speed decision-making, and adapt operations to capitalize on new sources of revenue and better manage their business processes.

The new IBM ILOG offerings include enhancements to optimization and visualization products. IBM ILOG graphics products enhance business decision-making speed and ability by making vast quantities of complex data more comprehensible and manageable. Using IBM ILOG visualization software, developers can save 50 to 80 percent of development time. IBM ILOG’s optimization technology interprets complex business data and logic and then computes operational plans and schedules, arming decision-makers with insights into best-case and expected case scenarios. This can enable them to make choices and trade-offs about capital expenditures, resource assignments or schedules.
