Mavenir Systems Selects Infobright’s Data Warehouse Solution

Infobright, the open source data warehousing company, today announced that Mavenir Systems, Inc., a provider of next-generation mobile core and convergence solutions, has selected Infobright Enterprise Edition (IEE) to support its mOneTM Convergence Platform. IEE enables Mavenir Systems to quickly and cost effectively load and store huge volumes of messaging data needed by its customers.

“Data storage is a big issue for mobile operators and it’s only going to get more challenging as the use of messaging continues to explode,” said Payam Maveddat, vice president of product management at Mavenir Systems. “Infobright offered the only solution that could handle our current data load and scale to accommodate a projected growth rate of 70 percent, without incurring prohibitive hardware and licensing costs.”
