QlikTech Announces Pricing of its Initial Public Offering

Qlik Technologies Inc. (“QlikTech”), a provider of business intelligence software, today announced the pricing of the initial public offering of 11,200,000 shares of its common stock at $10.00 per share. The shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 16, 2010 under the ticker symbol "QLIK." The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,680,000 shares from QlikTech to cover over-allotments, if any.
