Most managers in this survey indicate the need for insight in turnover (42%), costs (51%) and customer satisfaction (42%) on their mobile devices. A remarkable outcome is that at this point in time only 10 per cent of managers claim the need for real-time business information. Even more striking is the outcome that 37 per cent of company owners do not need up-to-date company information.
