Stephen Lerch Named MedeAnalytics CFO

MedeAnalytics, a leading provider of healthcare performance analytics, today announced that Stephen Lerch has been named the company’s chief financial officer, reporting to MedeAnalytics Chief Executive Officer Mike Gallagher. Over the past 12 years, Lerch served as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Workstream, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTM), an enterprise software company, and Rewards Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: DINE) a credit card-based loyalty marketing and finance platform. Most recently, he was the chief revenue officer for Kowabunga! Inc. (AMEX: KOW), a leader in performance marketing and technology solutions for the online advertising industry. Prior to his various executive suite roles, Lerch was a business assurance partner for Coopers & Lybrand LLP, now PricewaterhouseCoopers.
